Fee structure
Our initial consultation is without charge to define the nature of the engagement. Ordinarily, our fees are arranged on one of three bases:
I. Short-term projects may be arranged either on a time and materials basis, or quoted as a fixed fee, depending on project scope and definition.
II. Continuing engagements of a more general nature will be billed on a retainer basis.
III. Sourcing may be billed either on a time or materials basis, subject to a ‘not to exceed’ limit, or as an override on goods purchased.
